About:

There are some general medical-legal concepts that EMS providers do not always have a solid foundation in, such as negligence and immunity, end-of-life issues, boundary issues, quality improvement activities and privilege, and giving sworn testimony. This lecture is a cornucopia of issues taught by a practicing EMS provider who is also a practicing attorney.
