The Bill Shearer International ALS/BLS Competition is the largest, oldest and most prestigious Advanced Life Support (ALS) competition to date. Over the last 45 years, EMS teams have competed against each other in realistic, pre-hospital scenarios to determine who can deliver the best care in the most extraordinary of circumstances.
